Getting Back to my Roots

It occurred to me that, though verses 34-35 are usually thought of being separate from the preceding verses, I think they explain them.
What would make a Christian lose their ‘edge,’ their angst maybe? If the Christian life was all easy, there’d be nothing to strive for. Anything that’s worth anything is difficult.
